Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar

4 cups cold water

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup raspberry puree (fresh or frozen)

Lemon slices and fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Lemonade Base: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Mix in Water: Add the cold water to the pitcher and stir well. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice as desired. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Make the Whipped Cream: In a mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip on medium speed until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes). Be careful not to over-whip, as you want it fluffy.

Swirl in Raspberry Puree: Gently fold the raspberry puree into the whipped cream until streaks remain, giving it a lovely pink color.

Serve: Fill glasses with the chilled pink lemonade, then top with a generous dollop of the whipped raspberry cream.

Garnish: Finish with a lemon slice and a few fresh raspberries on top for a decorative touch.
