Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked corned beef, shredded

1 cup sauerkraut, drained

1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the crescent roll dough and gently lay it out onto a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, pressing the seams together to form a single sheet.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and Dijon mustard. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Spoon the corned beef mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough, spreading it out to cover the surface.

If using, sprinkle caraway seeds over the mixture for added flavor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Carefully fold the edges of the crescent dough over the filling, pinching to seal any openings and create a rustic, folded look on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve warm on a cutting board or platter, paired with extra Thousand Island dressing for dipping and sprinkled with chopped parsley for a pop of color.
