Ingredients

1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 ounces chocolate melts (dark, milk, or white chocolate)

1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Crushed Oreo cookies (for garnish)

Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl.

Mix with Cream Cheese: Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos. Using a spatula or your hands, mix until fully combined, and the mixture is well blended and sticky.

Form the Balls: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mix and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet or plate. Once done, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Melt the Chocolate: While the Oreo balls are chilling, melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. If desired, stir in coconut oil for a smoother texture.

Coat the Oreo Balls: Remove the chilled balls from the refrigerator. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, making sure it is fully coated. Use a fork to lift the balls out and let any excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.

Garnish: Place the coated balls back on the lined baking sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the crushed Oreo on top or add sprinkles for a pop of color.

Chill Again: Refrigerate the balls again for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.

Serve: Enjoy your delicious Oreo balls as a sweet treat, or package them as gifts for friends and family.
