Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar

2 ripe bananas, sliced

2 cups vanilla pudding (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup whipped cream (prepared or homemade)

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Chocolate shavings or crushed nuts for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of 4 small pie dishes or tartlet pans to create a crust. Make sure it's evenly distributed and compact.

In the center of each crust, layer the sliced bananas evenly.

Pour the vanilla pudding over the bananas, ensuring an even layer across the top.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the remaining pudding mixture for added fluffiness, or simply spread the whipped cream on top of the pudding layer as is.

Sprinkle the optional cinnamon over the whipped cream layer for added flavor.

Cover the pies with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow them to set properly.

Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed nuts for a delightful finish.
