1 package King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 rolls)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

      Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut until well combined.

        Take the King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls and slice them in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom for each roll.

          Arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

            Spoon a generous amount of the cheesecake filling over each bottom half of the rolls, making sure to distribute evenly.
