Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

6 slider buns (preferably brioche)

6 slices of cheddar cheese

1 cup dill pickles, sliced

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Fresh lettuce leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.

Divide the meat mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly larger than the size of the slider buns as they will shrink while cooking.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side until a nice crust forms.

Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.

While the sliders are cooking, toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble the sliders by spreading a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with a burger patty, dill pickles, a dollop of ketchup, and a smear of mustard.

Add a lettuce leaf to each slider and place the top half of the bun on each one to complete the sliders.

                Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 6

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the sliders on a platter, garnishing with a side of extra pickles and colorful cocktail flags for a fun, festive touch!
