2 cups watermelon, cubed

1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 cup coconut water

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon and coconut water. Blend until smooth and well combined.

    Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a large mixing bowl, discarding the pulp for a smoother texture.
