Ingredients

4 cups ripe watermelon, cubed (seeds removed)

2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tablespoons agave syrup (or honey, to taste)

2 cups cold water

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Lime slices (for garnish)

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, lime juice, agave syrup, and cold water.

Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and there are no chunks of watermelon left.

To make it extra refreshing, pass the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove any pulp, if desired.

Taste the agua fresca and adjust sweetness by adding more agave syrup if needed.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the agua fresca over the ice.

Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lime.

                Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve in clear glasses to showcase the vibrant pink color of the agua fresca. Add a few watermelon balls or mint leaves on top for an extra pop!
