Ingredients

2 cups water

2 tablespoons dried rose petals

2 teaspoons loose black tea (or 2 black tea bags)

1 cup milk (or a dairy-free alternative)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Pinch of salt

Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the dried rose petals and black tea. Steep for 5-7 minutes.

Strain the tea into a separate container to remove the rose petals and tea leaves.

In the same saucepan, combine the strained tea with milk, vanilla extract, honey, and a pinch of salt. Warm the mixture over low heat until hot, but not boiling, stirring continuously.

Use a frother or whisk to froth the tea latte to your desired creaminess.

Pour the vanilla rose tea latte into mugs and sprinkle with ground cinnamon on top for garnish.

Serve immediately, enjoying the floral aroma and soothing flavor.
