Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick)

3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, juiced and zested

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 small onion, diced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Marinate the Steaks: In a bowl, combine the ribeye steaks with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours if time allows.

Prepare the Shrimp: In another bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, lemon juice, and half of the lemon zest. Set aside to marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

Cook the Steaks: Preheat a cast-iron skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the diced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Sprinkle in the remaining Cajun seasoning and mix well.

Cook the Shrimp: Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Add the remaining lemon zest and stir to combine.

Serve: Slice the steaks against the grain and arrange on a large platter. Serve the shrimp and sautéed vegetables alongside the steak. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges if desired.
