Ingredients
  

1 pound ground turkey

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado, diced (for topping)

Salsa and sour cream (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon until it's no longer pink.

      Season the Meat: Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.

        Prepare the Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circular fashion on a large baking sheet, with the wide ends of the triangles overlapping the narrow ends, mimicking a sunburst.

          Add the Filling: Spoon the turkey mixture evenly onto the wide ends of the crescent triangles. Sprinkle shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives (if using) over the filling.

            Wrap the Filling: Fold the narrow ends of the crescent rolls over the filling, tucking them slightly to create a ring shape. The filling should be visible in the center.

              Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown.

                Garnish and Serve: Remove the Turkey Taco Ring from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and diced avocado. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
