4 large flour tortillas

1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup pepperoni slices

½ cup diced bell peppers (any color)

½ cup sliced black olives

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Brush one side of each tortilla lightly with olive oil for a crispy texture.

      Add Sauce: Flip the tortillas over (oil side down) and spread about ¼ cup of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Layer the Cheese: Sprinkle approximately ⅓ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce for each tortilla.

          Add Toppings: Distribute the pepperoni slices, diced bell peppers, and black olives evenly among the tortillas.

            Season: Dust each topped tortilla with oregano and garlic powder for added flavor.

              Bake: Place the tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortillas are golden brown.

                Slice and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Slice the tortilla pizzas into wedges. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve hot!
