Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until it's fully browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to let the spices bloom.

Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Cover the skillet for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.

While the cheese is melting, warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 15-30 seconds.

To assemble the wraps, place a generous amount of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top each with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to secure everything inside.

Optionally, you can place each wrap seam-side down on the skillet for 1-2 minutes to crisp the outside slightly.

Slice the wraps in half, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve warm.
