Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped

1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells

1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cubed

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of the pasta water.

Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, making sure it doesn’t burn.

Add Seafood: Add the cubed salmon to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned. Then, gently fold in the lobster and crab meat, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, stirring to combine. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is creamy and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little bit of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.

Combine: Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce, ensuring it's well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and give an extra sprinkle of Cajun seasoning if desired for more flavor.

Serve: Spoon the creamy Cajun seafood Alfredo onto plates, garnishing with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.

              Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the dish in shallow bowls, garnished with a sprinkle of extra Parmesan and a lemon wedge on the side for an added touch of freshness. Enjoy!
