2 cups cooked jasmine rice

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup shredded carrots

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup green onions, chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon grated ginger

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute.

      Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked jasmine rice, broccoli florets, shredded carrots, and diced red bell pepper. Stir in the cooked chicken and teriyaki sauce until everything is evenly coated.
