1 pound breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups milk (whole or 2%)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

4 large eggs (optional)

Cook the Tater Tots: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and arrange the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet. Bake them according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
