Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked ground beef (seasoned with taco seasoning)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup lettuce, finely shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup salsa

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. If needed, warm them slightly in the microwave (around 10 seconds) to make them more pliable.

Spread Ingredients: On each tortilla, spread a layer of sour cream evenly, leaving a small border around the edge. Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over the sour cream for added flavor.

Add Fillings: Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the sour cream layer. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and black olives.

Roll the Tortillas: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly until you reach the edge. Make sure the fillings stay tucked inside as you roll.

Slice and Serve: Once all tortillas are rolled, use a sharp knife to slice each roll into bite-sized pinwheels (about 1-inch wide). Arrange them on a serving platter.

Garnish and Dip: Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top if desired. Serve with salsa on the side for dipping.
