Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or a meat substitute for vegetarian)

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup water

6 large flour tortillas

6 small corn tortillas

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced onions (optional)

Cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Taco Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Crunchwrap: Lay a large flour tortilla on a clean surface. In the center, layer:

        - A scoop of the seasoned beef

          - A small corn tortilla

            - A drizzle of nacho cheese sauce

              - A handful of shredded lettuce

                - Diced tomatoes

                  - A dollop of sour cream

                    - Shredded cheddar cheese

Fold the Tortilla: Carefully fold the edges of the large tortilla over the filling, creating pleats around the filling to form a circular wrap. Make sure everything is tightly enclosed.

Cook the Crunchwrap: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the Crunchwrap seam-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

Serve Hot: Once both sides are crispy, remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve with extra sour cream and salsa if desired.
