Ingredients

4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, and black pepper. Whisk together until well mixed.

Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and reserve the marinade for later.

Place the pork chops in the hot skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).

Once the pork chops are almost done, add the reserved marinade to the skillet. Bring it to a simmer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the chops before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your Sweet Honey Garlic Pork Chops!
