Ingredients

2 large round sourdough bread loaves

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup crab meat, shredded

1 cup scallops, chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the tops off the sourdough bread loaves and hollow out the insides, leaving about 1-inch thick walls. Keep the removed bread for later use (like croutons or dipping).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, scallops, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Stuff the seafood mixture into the hollowed bread bowls, packing it tightly.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the stuffed bread bowls for extra flavor and moisture.

Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the seafood filling is heated through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

                - Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 45 min | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the stuffed bread bowls on a large platter, garnished with lemon wedges and additional parsley for a fresh touch. Encourage dipping with the bread removed from inside the loaves. Enjoy!
