1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup crushed graham crackers

In a small bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let them macerate for about 10 minutes until juicy.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

      Gently fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

        Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheesecake mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
