4 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup whole milk, warmed

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup sour cream

1 cup strawberries, chopped

For the Strawberry Glaze:

1 cup strawberries, pureed

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a large bowl, combine warmed milk, melted butter, and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

      - In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Slowly mix the flour into the yeast mixture, followed by eggs. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.

        First Rise:

          - Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

            Prepare the Filling:

              - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add sour cream and mix well, then gently fold in the chopped strawberries.

                Assemble the Sweet Rolls:
