For the Sweet Rolls:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup whole milk, warmed

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

For the Strawberry Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1/4 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the warmed milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.

      Knead the Dough:

        Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

          Make the Cheesecake Filling:

            In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.

              Roll Out the Dough:

                After the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle (about 12x18 inches) on a floured surface. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough, leaving a border of about 1 inch around the edges.

                  Roll and Cut:

                    Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Once rolled, cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place them cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.

                      Bake the Rolls:

                        Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

                          Prepare the Glaze:

                            In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Stir in the pureed strawberries until well combined.

                              Serve:
