Ingredients

1 package (10-12) flour tortillas

1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup chocolate sauce

1/2 cup whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Tortillas: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the flour tortillas into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush them with oil, then sprinkle shredded coconut evenly over the tortillas.

Bake the Tortilla Chips: Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the tortilla chips are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Make the Cheesecake Spread: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Layer the Nachos: On a large serving platter or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread out the crispy tortilla chips in a single layer. Dollop generous spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the chips.

Add Strawberries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture. Drizzle the chocolate sauce generously over the top.

Finish with Toppings: If desired, add dollops of whipped cream on top of the nachos and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.

Serve: Enjoy immediately while the chips are still warm, and the strawberries are fresh!
