Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2-3 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for milder dip)

1/2 cup canned jalapeños, drained and chopped

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tbsp olive oil (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Mix Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

Add Cheeses: Stir in the shredded cheddar and crumbled feta cheese until well combined.

Incorporate Jalapeños: Add the chopped fresh and canned jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish or a similarly sized baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Prepare Topping (Optional): In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated. Sprinkle this mixture over the dip for a crunchy topping.

Bake: Place the dip in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced veggies, or toasted baguette slices. Enjoy your spicy, creamy indulgence!
