1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

Additional graham cracker crumbs for topping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin pan with non-stick spray.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Whisk them together until well blended.

      Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add the granulated and brown sugars, continuing to beat until light and fluffy.

        Add Egg and Vanilla: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.

          Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips gently.

            Form Cookie Cups: Scoop a tablespoon of the cookie dough and press it into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to form a small cup shape. Repeat for all cups.

              Bake the Cups: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

                Add Marshmallows: Remove the cookie cups from the oven and immediately press a few mini marshmallows into the center of each cup. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed and slightly golden.

                  Cool and Top: Allow the cookie cups to cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Carefully remove them and place on a wire rack. For extra flavor, sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs over the warm marshmallows.
