Ingredients

1 lb (450g) Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

1 lb (450g) ground beef or turkey, cooked and crumbled

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Ground Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.

Layer Ingredients in Slow Cooker: In a slow cooker, add the cubed Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes, black beans, corn, and the cooked ground meat.

Season: Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it to low. Allow the dip to cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted and everything is heated through.

Serve: Once done, give the dip a final stir. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro. Pair it with tortilla chips for dipping!
