Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped

1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (for coating)

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well-blended.

Add the finely chopped shrimp, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into a ball or a log, whichever shape you prefer.

Roll the cheese ball in the finely chopped pecans until fully coated.

Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let it firm up and the flavors meld together.

Once firm, remove from the refrigerator, unwrap, and place on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve with crackers, vegetable sticks, or baguette slices for dipping.
