Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 egg

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon allspice

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

2 cups beef broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.

Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, egg, Worcestershire sauce, allspice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get around 24 meatballs.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, pour in the beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Add the heavy cream, soy sauce, and dijon mustard. Stir well to combine.

Return the meatballs to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the meatballs on a large platter, drizzled with the creamy sauce. Sprinkle additional chopped parsley on top for a pop of color. Pair with warm mashed potatoes or buttered noodles on the side for a classic Swedish touch.
