6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled

1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing the casserole dish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Stir in the crumbled sausage, thawed hash browns, diced bell peppers, and half of the cheddar cheese (1/2 cup) into the egg mixture.

        Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

          Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the casserole.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

              Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions.

                Slice into squares and serve warm.
