Ingredients

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil (if needed, depending on sun-dried tomatoes)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (plus more for garnish)

1/4 cup vegetable or chicken broth (low sodium)

Instructions

Start by draining the sun-dried tomatoes if they are packed in oil. Chop them finely and set aside.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil. If your tomatoes are already oily, you may skip this step.

Once the oil is heated, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.

Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously to combine with the tomato and garlic mixture.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and broth. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is absorbed into the cream.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.

Mix in the fresh basil just before serving to retain its vibrant color and flavor.

Serve over your favorite ravioli, allowing the sauce to cover the pasta generously.

                    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Garnish with additional fresh basil leaves and sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top for an appealing finish. Serve the ravioli in deep pasta bowls for a restaurant-quality presentation.
