Ingredients

2 medium zucchinis, sliced thinly

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup cornmeal

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, pour the buttermilk over the thinly sliced zucchini, ensuring they are fully immersed. Allow them to soak for about 30 minutes.

In a separate shallow dish, mix together the cornmeal, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until well combined.

Remove the zucchini from the buttermilk and let the excess drip off.

Dredge each slice in the cornmeal mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks well.

Place the coated zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crispy and golden brown.

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for an extra pop of color.

Prep Time: 40 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours 40 minutes | Servings: About 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the zucchini chips warm in a rustic basket or platter. Add a small bowl of ranch dressing on the side for dipping, and sprinkle a few extra herbs on top for decoration. Enjoy your delicious and crunchy Ranch Zucchini Chips!
