Ingredients
  

1 cup strawberries, quartered

1 cup blueberries

1 cup green grapes, halved

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup orange segments

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon lime zest

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered strawberries, blueberries, halved green grapes, diced pineapple, sliced kiwi, and orange segments.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.

      Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the mixed fruits in the large bowl.

        Gently toss the fruits to coat them evenly with the dressing, being careful not to mash the fruit.

          Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

            Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss again, and transfer to a serving platter or individual bowls.
