Ingredients

1 package (1 lb) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pepperoni, diced

1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup onions, finely chopped

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.

Spread the cheese and meat mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Carefully roll the dough from one long end to the other, creating a tight log. Pinch the ends to seal and prevent filling from spilling out.

Slice the dough log into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. You should have approximately 12–15 rolls.

Place the pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly. Brush the tops with olive oil for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
