1 package refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced pepperoni

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinara sauce for dipping

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.

      In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, diced pepperoni, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.

        Spread the cheese and pepperoni mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

          Starting from one end of the rectangle, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal and tuck in the ends to prevent filling from spilling out.

            Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch thick slices and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.

              Brush the tops of each roll with olive oil to help them brown while baking.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

                  Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Pair with marinara sauce for dipping.
