Ingredients

2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough (each 16.5 oz)

1 cup pepperoni slices (or any preferred toppings like diced bell peppers, olives)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or a blend of Italian cheeses)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano and basil)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a bundt pan by greasing it with cooking spray or butter.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. This will create bite-sized pieces.

Mix the Seasoning: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Stir well until everything is blended.

Coat the Dough: Take a quartered biscuit, dip it into the butter mixture, then place it in a large mixing bowl. Repeat this process until all biscuit pieces are coated.

Add Fillings: As you layer the biscuit pieces in the bowl, add a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni (or your preferred toppings) between the layers. Repeat until all ingredients are combined.

Transfer to Bundt Pan: Carefully transfer the coated biscuit mixture into the greased bundt pan. Make sure to distribute the ingredients evenly while pressing down gently to compact them.

Top with Cheese: After filling the bundt pan, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top to create a cheesy crust when baked.

Bake: Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuit dough is cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove the bundt pan from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Carefully invert it onto a serving plate. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
