Ingredients
  

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup marinara sauce (or pizza sauce)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Olive oil for brushing

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Tortillas: Brush one side of each tortilla lightly with olive oil. Place them oil side down on a baking sheet.

      Add Sauce: Spread about 1/4 cup of marinara sauce onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Layer the Cheese: Sprinkle a generous portion of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.

          Go Crazy with Toppings: Evenly distribute the pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and black olives over the cheese on each tortilla. Top with more mozzarella cheese, as desired.

            Season It Up: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and garlic powder evenly over the loaded tortillas.

              Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortillas are golden brown.

                Cool and Slice: Once out of the oven, let the pizzas cool for a minute. Slice into wedges like a traditional pizza.

                  Garnish: Add fresh basil leaves on top for a pop of color and flavor before serving.
