1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1/2 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

Ice cubes (about 1 cup)

Fresh pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish

In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, coconut milk, cranberry juice, banana, and honey/agave syrup if using.

    Add a generous handful of ice cubes to the blender.

      Blend on high until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture, ensuring there are no lumps. Adjust the thickness by adding more ice or a splash of coconut milk if needed.

        Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey/agave syrup. Blend again if adjustments were made.

          Pour the Pink Flamingo Colada into chilled glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
