Ingredients

2 cans Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (10 count each)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (like oregano & basil)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hands.

Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.

Carefully fold the biscuit around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball. Make sure there are no openings.

Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, coating them thoroughly.

Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

Once all the biscuits are on the sheet, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tops.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and baked through.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 10 biscuits

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheese bombs warm on a wooden board or in a decorative basket lined with parchment paper for a rustic look. You can add a small bowl of marinara sauce on the side for dipping!
