Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix well until fully blended.

Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit slightly in the palm of your hand.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheesy mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll each filled biscuit into a ball shape.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they're coated evenly, then place them on your prepared baking sheet.

Brush any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the biscuit bombs for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
