1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Biscuits

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or a mix)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well blended and creamy.

      Open the Biscuits: Pop open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits and separate them into individual biscuits.

        Stuff the Biscuits: Take one biscuit and flatten it slightly in the palm of your hand. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese filling in the center. Gather the edges of the biscuit together and pinch them to seal, creating a ball. Repeat with the remaining biscuits and filling.

          Coat in Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Italian herbs, and garlic powder. Dip each cheese bomb into the garlic butter until well coated, then place them seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

            Bake the Bombs: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
