1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup dill pickles, sliced (plus extra for garnish)

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon dill weed

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Fresh dill sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) if using a store-bought crust. If using homemade, follow the instructions for preheating.

    In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

      Roll out the pre-made pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

        Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

          Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese layer, making sure it’s evenly distributed.

            Evenly distribute the sliced dill pickles and red onions (if using) on top of the cheese.

              Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

                Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing.

                  Garnish with additional dill pickle slices and fresh dill sprigs if desired before serving.
