Ingredients

8 oz. penne pasta

1 lb. ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced

1 small onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak and season with salt and pepper. Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned but slightly pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until they soften. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.

Make the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing it to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until fully melted and combined, creating a creamy base.

Combine: Add the seared steak back to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce. Add the cooked penne pasta and mix well to combine everything evenly.

Melt the Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the pasta mixture. Cover the skillet and let it heat for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve: Remove from heat, and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4
