Ingredients

4 frozen lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, zested and juiced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Thaw the Lobster Tails: Place the frozen lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight, or if you're short on time, submerge them in cold water for about 30-60 minutes until completely thawed.

Prepare the Butter Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pry the shell apart to expose the flesh.

Season the Lobster: Brush the lobster meat generously with the prepared butter sauce. Reserve some of the sauce for drizzling later.

Bake the Lobster Tails: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, shell side down. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Broil for a Golden Finish: For an extra touch, switch the oven to broil and cook the lobster tails for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, drizzle with the remaining butter sauce, and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for color and flavor.

                  - Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

Presentation Tips: Serve the lobster tails on a large platter with lemon wedges on the side. You can also add a sprinkle of paprika for an eye-catching finish.
