Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Red and pink sprinkles (for decorating)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the rolled oats and sea salt until everything is well combined. The mixture should be thick and hold its shape.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips carefully.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using your hands, shape the mixture into a flat heart shape on the parchment, about 1/2 inch thick. You can use a cookie cutter for a more defined shape or simply mold it by hand.

Sprinkle red and pink sprinkles on top of the heart for a festive touch.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.

Once hardened, slice the peanut butter heart into smaller pieces or leave it whole as a lovely centerpiece.

                Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 50 minutes | Servings: 8

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve on a decorated platter with additional sprinkles around the heart. Consider using small cookie cutters to create fun shapes from any leftover mixture for an attractive display.
