Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

2 cups cold water

4 cups ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, honey/agave syrup, and cold water. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Taste the peach lemonade mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey/agave syrup.

Add the ice cubes to the blender in batches, blending until the mixture has a slushy texture. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to incorporate all the ice.

Once you achieve the desired slush consistency, pour the peach lemonade slush into tall glasses.

Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lemon on the rim if desired.
