1 cup cooked turkey breast, shredded

2 cups honeydew melon, cubed

1 cup cantaloupe, cubed

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey breast, honeydew, and cantaloupe cubes.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.

      Pour the yogurt dressing over the turkey and melon mixture. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

        Add the finely chopped red onion and fold it in carefully to avoid breaking the melon cubes.

          Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If you desire more sweetness, add a bit more honey.

            Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
