6 large tortillas (whole wheat or gluten-free)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup diced bell peppers (mix of red, yellow, and green)

½ cup sliced olives (black or green)

1 cup sliced turkey or ham (optional for added protein)

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning. Mix until well blended.

    Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface. Spread about ¼ cup of the cheese mixture evenly over the entire tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

      Sprinkle a few diced bell peppers, olives, and sliced turkey or ham over the cream cheese layer. Be careful not to overfill.

        Starting from one end, tightly roll up the tortilla until it forms a log shape. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

          Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap each one tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

            After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.

              Arrange the snack rolls on a platter, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro for added color and freshness.

                Serve with salsa, guacamole, or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
