1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
