4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups chicken broth

8 ounces egg noodles

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken to the skillet. Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.

    Add Chicken Broth: In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth. Scrape the bottom of the pan to deglaze, incorporating all the flavorful bits stuck to the pan.
